how much would you expect to pay for this tattoo? people who have tattoos?

its a Cross with wings tattoo its about 6-7 inches long maybe 5 inces wide on my upper right arm. it will be in color (wings will be colored and so will cross) one of the wings will be angel type the other wing will be demonish or devilish type. in south florida how much you think this would run you

that would actually depend on the tattooist, the best thing would be to either email the tattooist a pic of what you wants, or drop by and ask them. the rates of each tattooist varies, some just charge a flat rate per hour, if they have to design a stencil for it, and depends on the amount of detail, some just charge for the time it takes, and others have their own methods of determining their prices. i know my tattooist charges me just for the ink and needles use, and hardly for the time it takes for the tattoo at all.

Honestly it depends on the artist and the shop. I would say probably anywhere between 150 and 350. Its really hard to tell unless you show the design to the artist that is going to tattoo you.
Most shops charge hourly. The general cost up in Jersey is 150 an hour. Don’t cheap out on it, and remember to tip well if you ever plan on going back.
South Florida is probably more expensive.
