Some man is wanting a tattoo and it is a cross with roses, well another person answered to not get a tattoo and in the bible it states that you should not get them...so I am not looking for just a yes or no, I want verse and so on also to prove it- thanks guys and gals!!

I would point out that, while we are not under the Old Law, it does teach us about God’s attitude towards human behaviors. Also, the New Testament is referred to as the “law of liberty” in James. Although we are liberated from the yoke of the Old Testament, law has not disappeared. It has merely been replaced. Otherwise, we would not have any commandments from Christ.

You kick rocks and you’ll get in trouble when you break something with them. If you’re not willing to accept responsibility then society (or someone else who’s property you broke) may force it on you. Yes, Karma certainly isn’t a perfect concept, life isn’t fair. But it would be a lot MORE fair if everyone took personal responsibility for their actions and didn’t expect some authority figure to do it for them (including God).
