What’s The Recommended Amount Of Time You Should Wait In Between Tattoos?

I am 17 now but I have 3 tattoos I want to get. My birthday is in February and I want to get my first for my birthday and the other 2 before I graduate. All 3 of these mean something personal to me. One is a cross, one is a dove for my grandma, and the other is a daisy for my mom. I just wanted to know how long you should wait between each one.

6 months – 1 year is a good idea, to make sure that you are completely healed deep down, and also, so that you focus on each one separately, so that you get the best images.
Why the hurry? You’ll have them for life.
Just make sure that you are not putting more importance on getting them done by a certain time, then what the images are and having an experienced quality artist do the work.
They aren’t cheap, ya know. Or if someone says that they’ll do them for cheap – don’t do it. Go for quality, and pay what is asked and tip well.

So, do each one right, don’t rush it. Get great images (don’t look for ‘tattoo’ images). Find an experienced good tattoo artist. Do excellent aftercare, then sunblock for life after they heal.

I would wait because it sounds great when your 17 but when you get older you may think what was I thinking .. or if your gonna do it make sure you can hide it and its very special to you I would get one and wait 3 yrs for the next just to make sure…
You dont really have to wait between each one. I got one on my arm one day and one on my back the next day. It just depends on when the artist can fit you in.
