isnt that hypocritical since somewhere in the bible (i think) it says you're not supposed to have tattoos, but it didnt say online pharmacy no prescription tattoos .

US $4.99

It doesn’t say that anywhere? But who cares the majority of people have sinned, and I would rather go to hell with them then be in heaven with only nuns
It’s a stereotype first of all, only SOME (lol) of the hard rolling cholos have them, and it’s an image thing to look cool / bad ass while still representing their *catholic religion.
*most likely, but could be something else.
Everyone interprets the bible differently, and still others do not even follow the bible.
Christianity is a huge and fluctuating religion.
lol..
it’s not just people from mexican descent, it’s people from all different races and nationalities that have religious tattoos….although i have seen alot of latinos with rosary bead and praying hand tattoos.
Because they want to.
I actually came across some guy’s profile the other day… he was very heavily tattooed. VERY heavily tattooed. I read his ‘about me’ and apparently he was super religious as well. He said, “God gave me this body to alter at my own will.” or something like that, not an exact quote, but it kind of made sense. It’s just a body, you know. It’s going to decompose in the long run, might as well alter and enjoy it if you’re into that sort of thing.
I don’t know about the crosses + Mexicans thing… I have noticed Mexicans are usually pretty religious as well, but again… depends on the person.
You should have asked why do PEOPLE get tattoos of crosses. It’s not just Mexicans. Why do white people get tribal tattoos? What tribe is it that they belong too?
